How do I place an order?
Orders can be sent via email to orders@bluestarglass.net or via fax to 732-422-1274. You will receive an order acknowledgment same day or up to 24 hours later. Our inside sales team is standing by to enter your order for production and answer any technical questions you may have. How do I request a quote?
Requests for quotes can be sent via email to quotes@bluestarglass.net or via fax to 732-422-1274. Our estimators try to have all quotes processed same day, up to 24 hours max. They are available to answer any technical questions, decipher specifications, value engineer, and more!
How do I order a replacement?
Just let us know which order and line item you need replaced, send us a picture of your label, or even the barcode on your label. It's that easy.
What's your lead time?
We're known to have some of the best lead times around - that's because we work 3 shifts daily, and we've got big equipment with lots of capacity. Every Monday we send out an email to our customers with the current lead time and any other promotion or announcement we have to make.
Deliveries
How do I know when I'll be receiving my order?
Once your order is acknowledged, you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail or fax (your preference). In the top right hand corner, you will see your delivery date listed.
Do you charge for delivery?
We don't charge for delivery, we just ask that the value of all of your orders reach a certain threshold in order to be shipped (it's relatively low). The threshold varies by delivery area. So, on your order acknowledgement, you will see your "Ship Zone" listed next to your delivery address. The delivery minimums are listed in the footer of your order acknowledgment. Some customers order stock sheets if they are below the minimum. There are certain circumstances where we do charge for delivery. For example, a midnight delivery, third-party common carrier delivery, etc.
How do deliveries work?
You will receive a confirmation call the day before your order is scheduled to ship. We only send our driver in the truck, so customer's will need to have their own staff unload their own material. Special arrangements can be made for an extra man on the truck - there is a fee for this.
Will you deliver to job sites?
Absolutely. Small job site deliveries can be sent loose on our milk-runs, but be sure to provide the delivery address in advance, or your ship date could change. Larger job site deliveries that require a full truck load or special considerations can be arranged with our sales & dispatch team. Please note, we do not deliver to homes. For example, if you are ordering a shower door for a home - that will need to be delivered to your shop or picked up from our facility.
Can I pick up my order?
Please call at least 1 hour in advance if you wish to pick up your order so that we can stage it for you. This way, we can get loaded quickly and off to your job right away. Our pick up window is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
What kind of trucks do you have?
We have quite a large fleet. - A-frame trucks for loose deliveries (these are our typical "milk-run" trucks). - Knuckle boom trucks for crated deliveries (we will drop the crates to the ground, -not into the building or balconies). - Flatbeds for crated or racked deliveries )where a lift is available for our customer to unload their own material).

How do I become a customer?
Just give us a call or send an email to orders@bluestarglass.net. We will ask you to fill out a customer enrollment form and you'll be able to get to work with us right away.
How can I set up an account?
If you would like to arrange payment terms, you will be asked to fill out our Commercial Credit Application. This document can be found on our resources page, and should be sent to Accounts Receivable via email to ar@bluestarglass.net.
I have a billing question, who should I talk to?

Samples, Specs, Certificates & Warranties
How can I order a sample and/or specs?
Just email samples@bluestarglass.net. Let us know exactly what you need. Samples take a few days, sometimes longer for specialty products. We will send your sample in a nice box that you can keep safely stored in your office, or ship directly to the decision makers on your project.
Where can I find submittal documents?
Our resource page has a lot of the material that you'll need for your submittals. If there is something else you need that you don't see there, just send a request to certs@bluestarglass.net.
How can I get a copy of my warranty?
Send in your request to certs@bluestarglass.net. Be sure to include your project name, location, and a list of all the sales order numbers associated with this project.
